6 Writing in other alphabets

6.3 Bengali

Bengali is only available in Windows XP. In order to type in Bengali, you must have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed. You must also have support for Indic languages installed. For instructions on how to install these, see Installing Languages. You will generally need to use the ‘Vrinda’ font.
